What is Tekiyah on Demand?
Tekiyah on Demand is a project of Tekiyah Creative. The purpose is to provide an affordable and convenient way to order customized versions of existing designs. The motto says it all: Browse. Customized. Delivered. Done.

What are Tekiyah Points?
Every order earns you Tekiyah Points. Each point is worth $1. Every time you check out you will have the option of paying with your points, or you can wait until you have enough points to get something for free. This is our way of saying thank you and rewarding your loyalty. We will also run promotions from time to time where free points are given away, so stay tuned. To start collecting and track your points, register now (it's free).

What is your turnaround time?
For simple items like postcards and flyers, you will receive a customized PDF proof after about two business days. Invitations and brochures take about five business days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for this purpose. If you have an urgent need, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
After you reply with the changes or approval, we will have the final press file ready within a few hours. Sometimes, during busy seasons, we receive a high volume of orders and the turnaround time is a little longer. If we get completely swamped and turnaround times are significantly affected, we will post a message on the home page to let you know. Otherwise, you can assume that all is well, and place your order with confidence that it will be ready on time.

How does printing and shipping work?
We offer printing through our store for the more common formats, but it takes about 5-7 business days from completion of the project until your printed material is received. In general, we recommend printing locally as it avoids shipping delays and is also more environmentally friendly. We offer the printing option on our site for those who require the added convenience of getting it all done in one place.

I'm in a rush -- what should I do?
Place an order for design only. Find a local printer to save time on printing and shipping. If you have a specific time constraint, please contact us to make sure we can get the project completed on time.

Can I order a design now and decide on the printing later?
Yes. Simply order the design without printing. Then email us or visit this page to order you printing.
